(2).Electronic pulse ignition

The electronic pulse igniter rises the battery voltage from 1.5 V to 15KV through a high-frequency oscillation circuit. When the knob is pressed, a dense spark chain is formed between the electrodes.

Different from the "single attack" of piezoelectric ceramics, electronic pulse ignition is like a continuous gun, which can be accurately ignited no matter how the gas concentration changes. (1).Automatic pulse ignition

①. Principle

Pulse ignition requires pressing the knob, while automatic pulse ignition introduces a delayed discharge function. After pressing the knob, the solenoid valve opens the gas passage first, and the pulse igniter discharges for 3-5 seconds. When the flame burns stably, the thermocouple senses the temperature and generates a micro-current to maintain the solenoid valve open.


②. Features

Automatic pulse ignition has high ignition rate (up to 98%), fast response (ignition within 0.3 seconds) and strong adaptability, and can work stably under or low temperature conditions. Its continuous discharge design (discharge time 6-15 seconds) does not require pressing the knob, making the user experience more convenient.


(2).Intelligent induction ignition

①. Principle

The intelligent induction system has the function of flameout protection. When the pot leaves the stove or the flame is blown out by the wind, the ion induction needle detects the positive and negative ion currents in the flame to identify the flameout state within 0.1 seconds; Thermocouples use temperature differences to generate electromotive force.


②. Features

The dual induction mechanism ensures that when the flame is extinguished, the gas supply is cut off within 0.5 seconds to prevent gas leakage and provide a reliable guarantee for kitchen safety.

3、Energy-saving ignition

(1).Low-energy ignition

①. Principle

The new generation of pulse igniter reduces the energy consumption of a single ignition to 0.01 milliwatts by optimizing the circuit design. With a low-power solenoid valve, one AA battery can support more than 10,000 ignitions.


②. Features

This low-energy design not only allows users to replace batteries, but also reduces the cost of use and the pollution of battery waste, which is in line with the concept of environmental protection.


(2).Zero emission ignition

①. Principle

The zero-emission gas stove adopts full premixed flameless combustion technology. After the gas and air are mixed according to the precise ratio through the multi-stage premixed chamber, it is converted into thermal radiation energy through the infrared radiation plate. When igniting, the electronic pulser generates a high-voltage electric spark to ignite the mixed gas. There is no visible open flame during the combustion process, and only infrared rays are used to directly heat the pot, avoiding the emission of nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide generated by open flame combustion, and achieving zero generation of pollutants.


②. Features

The thermal efficiency of this technology can reach more than 70%, which saves energy by more than 35% compared with the stove, and the combustion is sufficient without black smoke, and the cooking utensils are clean. Strong wind resistance, not easy to be flameout due to airflow interference, and equipped with a thermocouple flameout protection device, the air source will be cut off within 0.3 seconds when accidentally flameout.
